Rear sight on my sks keeps coming off

Anyone encountered this issue before? Every 10 or so rounds the leaf spring in the rear sight of my sks comes out. Any help insight would be appreciated.

Ramrod - Did you get this fixed ? My guess it that you have the spring 'upside down' - I had that issue when I took mine off and it wouldn't stay in . . . even when I was still in my workshop. I didn't need to fire it to have it come apart.
