So what are my options to replace the regular rear iron open sights an a gun that is not drilled and tapped for a scope? Will a small red dot work on a base that fits the dovetail?Ghost ring ? Trueglo sight set? Aging eyes preclude open sights...and I don't want to drill and tap a fine old BRNO 22 that is not even grooved
