Can anyone tell me where I could get an ajustable micrometer rear sight for a No. 4 Mk1.

Military Mark 1 sight had the micrometer-screw adjustment but for range only. For side-to-side you adjusted the front sight sideways. Should be some available from this board.

Parker-Hale made most of the completely-adjustable Match sights, but Alex Martin of Glasgow turned some out as well. You run into them sometimes on the EE or a gun shows.
