Don't know anyone who does that conversion, Inky.
Have you thought about a straightforward chambering job? It would give you a long throat, but at least the rifling pitch should be close and it would save the cost of a new barrel.
Bolt-face would have to be opened out and extractor modded, but that's no big job.

If anyone is set up to do this, it would probably be Barry at Bits and Pieces in Vancouver. He's a popular gunsmith for rebarrelling M1 carbines to make them non-restricted, so he may have experience with an actual conversion.
