Reborng question.

Barrel: current production 24" Winchester 70 .30-06 , .600" at muzzle.
Currently rechambered to .300 h&h.
Could this be rebored to handle .375h&h or is muzzle diameter to small.

I think you would have to ask the barrel maker who will be doing the job if he would do it... in my opinion it could be done but it would be a very light barrel... with a muzzle wall thickness just over 100 thou.

I’ve had a standard pre-64 30-06 barrel rebored to 9.3mm and it turned out great.

I see no reason why another 9 thou wouldn’t work just fine.
