I have a Ponsness/Warren Size-O-Matic 900 that I bought used a year ago. I put it together and made a few shells but had serious issues that I just didn't give the proper time to figure out. Long story short I broke the Upper Actuating arms. I have the replacement parts as well as a new fancy toolhead that you can remove shells from if you make a mistake. I am looking for some major help here. I have a Dillon 650 and 1050 but this shotshell reloader makes me feel like a first timer. I cant figure it out and would be willing to pay someone to repair it for me. Its useless as it is except scrapping or boat anchor so any and all help would be appreciated. Will add some pics shortly. If you can help please send me a PM. Thanks in advance

You are lucky to own a finicky, hands on required, progressive loader that takes constant adjusting to work right. I got rid of mine and replaced it with a Mec 9000 auto drive and haven't looked back. I found mine to be a very temperamental piece, which may be running fine one minute, and then crushing hull tops and pissing shot all over the bench the next. I've loaded just over 3800 so far with the Mec, and only had one screw up. I'll be loading another 5000 over this winter. Best thing I did was send the PW to another home and then go Mec.

You need someone close were you can drive your iron for repairs and adjustments. Don't even think to ship that monster as it will cost you more than the repair itself. Don't despair. Take it one issue at a time and you will figure it out. Think of it as an intricate project and don't rush. You can live without it, but with it it will be better.
