Reccomend me a quality sidr saddle shot shell holder

Lots of guys go the velcro card route which I'm not a fan of.

If you're looking for a stock-pack riser type of design I've yet to find better than the one from Triad Tactical.

I don't believe I need a riser just something to hold some shells that fits nice and snug. I don't think Velcro would be the best route either.
 
I had them and prefer a belt mounted rig like the California comp. I also have a speedfeed with the shellholder in the stock
 
S & J Hardware DSC system works fantastic! the cards have never failed me yet and have stood up to some abuse.
I had a Mesa saddle and other than the looks( which is sweet) I had many little problems with retention with many types of rounds.

The S & J product is quality and a really good price.
 
I removed all the various shell holders from all my shotguns.

Tried many things for years and I never ended up liking the extra bulk and weight on the gun. I use a belt or chest rig. Both work very well.
