I was over at Del Sulins a while back and they had a new m14s that was quite different from the one I bought there a month earlier. The finish on the receiver was beautiful, likewise the barrel and the text was clear and sharp with the m14s lettering being at least 2x the size as the one I bought earlier. I should have bought it on the spot but thought I could get one later. Missed it.
Does anyone know what the story is behind the variation. Was it made for the U.S market before the embargo and just did not get shipped? Are there any more of these out there as I would like one?
