Receiver peening

Hi all,

Was cleaning a rifle today and noticed the receiver is starting to get some pretty deep peening at the rear of the bolt rails. I appears to be from the locking lug. The left side is worse.

Anybody else notice this in their guns? I’d rather the gun not beat itself to pieces
