Cool! How's it grouping at 100?. I was impressed while cleaning that it was Very 'full' of Cosmo, but cleaned up pretty easily w-Varsol, then Alcohol. about 2-3 hours all in. I've had 2x '51 Tulas and both had bores 'like the dark side of the moon', very pitted and rifling half worn. This bore is immaculate, and still is, only 45 rounds to Zero @ 25, 50, 100, 175-yds. Nothing like a New Rifle. By the SN mine is from 1980, a '25-million SN'. I don't know if the 'Blade' rifles are 'UN-issued like the FTs are. IF you're buying from a private seller, maybe take a borescope
what indicates that it is NOT unissued? can you post close up pics? The blade rifles are def not "unissued" but I am hopin they ain't beat to sh*t either
No because dealers all use the same stock image.what indicates that it is NOT unissued? can you post close up pics?
i was wondering if you saw it in person. tenda actually says the blade is "new/like new" .No because dealers all use the same stock image.
Tenda lists em as surplus for example and I really doubt stores would be selling unissued, all matching pre 1965 rifles for $500
Yeah I wasn't sure cause they have all the standard disclaimers about it being a surplus rifle and everything that could be wrong....did they mean the blade is new or like new, or the whole rifle? hahai was wondering if you saw it in person. tenda actually says the blade is "new/like new" .
