Just wanted to take a moment and share my recent experience with Ryan and crew. Small purchase - couple hundred bucks. Ordered, shipped, received very quickly - as usual. I had tried to apply a store credit while checking out but something went wrong (just saw my cc statement this morning). I called, spoke with ...Ryan? (not sure) ... I'm going to say 90 minutes later saw an email update. Checked my cc and they applied the credit, reversed the credit amt to my CC.
