Depending on when your rifle was made pre 1960 (pre mil) or after 1960 (post mil) will determine what your options are. If you have a premil that is drilled and tapped behind the cocking indicator you can choose between the Lyman 57 SA, Lyman 56S, the Redfield 70 LH or LT and the Williams. If you have a post mil you will only have the rear scope mount holed to use then it will either be a Lyman 57SB or a Williams. Also if you have the rear tang holes there are a number of tang sights that are available.
The receiver sights can be found on ebay quite regularly. They will range in price from about $50 -$60 for the Williams up to $150 -$175 for the lyman 56S and the rest being somewhere inbetween $100 - $140.
