I'm wondering about that lever thing built into the buttstock of the T97.
It's supposed to be a recoil dampener, but how exactly does it work?
I suspect the bolt carrier bumps it as it comes rearward. Does the lower half then kick the gun forward at exactly the same time, cancelling out some of the recoil?
Any other theories?
