how about a Knoxx Spec Ops recoil reduction stock? they're supposed to be the cats ass.

The Knoxx stock are the Cat's ass, cutting recoil way down, my estimate cuts recoil of full load 12 guage by about 70%. These stocks also come with the Limbsaver recoil pad on them, or atleast mine did. I would think just the recoil pad would likely cut it by about 10%. The knoxx stock is the way to go.
What are you going to be shooting? And how will you be shooting it? I'm assuming with a Tactical, you're more of a range guy?
I find I have no issues with the standard R3 for buck and bird, but for anything more than 5 slugs I'd want something to dampen the recoil.
The Knoxx works well. I used to have one, but got rid of it because I wasn't a fan of the pistol grip. Check the EE, there might be something there.
