Recoil rod and spring

I'd like to replace the recoil spring & rod in my Smith & Wesson M&P 2.0.

This factory one sounds like an old screen door screeching when opening and closing every time you rack the slide.

Anyone know a Canadian source for a quieter replacement, or a US source that ships?

All the captive flat wire springs sound like that. Glock gen 3 stuff fits though, if it bothers you enough, Wolff makes a standard non-captive rod and spring set up for the Glock which is quiet. It's just tricky to assemble compared to the captive springs.

Thanks for the lead. I found Wolff's web site, they have guide rods and various weight recoil springs for the M&P!
