Looking for some tips on an easy method to reassemble the recoil spring.
During dissassembly it was easy to control the spring. Now that she is going back together, its damn awkward. The spring is just powerful enough that i cant quite get the collar back on and keep the spring from flying through the tv.
Tried putting the base of the spring assembly inside the carrier to make it more stable while wrestling with it, but now I think the carrier wants to meet the tv too!
It doesn't help that the little rod inside the spring likes to retreat into the little tube and hide its end.
