Recoil Spring/Guide Rod for GLOCK GEN 3

Anyone know where I can get the little black adapter plate shown in the picture and Gen 3 springs.

The adapter plate fills the hole so the Gen 3 spring does not go through.

I want to be able to tune the slide recoil for my ammo.

Tough to find in Canada at the moment. I would check with Strike Industries in the US to see if they ship to Canada directly, if not you could try importing thru Irunguns etc.
Also place an add in the EE Pistol Parts section, someone may have one kicking around that they would sell. It’s possible I MAY have one tucked away, I will have a look

OK so I have found the adapter and a suitable 14 lb Gen 3 spring.

Now I just need a model 19 spring guide.

A stock strength one is fine, I can just change out the spring.



EDIT................I have adjusted the thread title to reflect my search for the guide rod/spring.

Check with Black Leaf Industries in Edmonton, pretty sure they have guide rods and bushings in stock.

Worst case, you could always get Irunguns or A Z T E C to import you one. Also check with Brownells in the USA, haven’t ordered from them in a year or so but they may still be able to ship you one directly
