I have a shotgun with a butt cuff shell carrier, but I'd like a few extra shells on the sling.
Some of the slings I've seen have loops all the way up the sling. I'd prefer a sling with just a few (say 5 or 6) loops so as not to mess up the weight distribution.
I'm not looking for rambo, just the ability to keep rarely used loads handy without sacrificing stowage of the more frequently used loads.
Bonus marks if its leather and high quality.
