Recommend a spotting tripod for prone and bench

I’m looking for a good quality tripod, primarily for prone shooting during F/TR. Something that will sit still on a grass berm but will also be easy to pick up and move. Good quality, reasonable value. Brands and distributors. Thanks

I can't recommend a scope, but I do recommend a "telescope smartphone adapter", like this:

Allows you to view the scope, even at high magnifications, without having to squint. Heck, depending on where you put it on your bench, you might not have to raise your head much.

I'm going to get one of those.
By the way, for bench shooting, forget tripods.
They vibrate unless you get a huge one.
A bench mount stand is better, in my opinion.
