Recommendation for AICS mag pouches

I'm looking for AICS mag pouches and would like to know which one is good for fast mag change. Also, where to get them in Canada?

I've been using some HSGI Taco pouches at some PR clinics and they seem to work. There are a few places in the GTA that have them.

I got some cheap amazon specials and put ESSTAC KYWI kydex into them and they retain very well. The mag carriers had a slick coating on the cordura so I used contact cement to glue the velcro loop to the one side of the pouch inside to mount the KYWI to. I believe I used the 5.56 KWYI, but I think the 7.62 would work as well if not better.

All in, much less than a Taco and no hard plastic digging into your side.

I've got some made specifically for AICS mags made by Sunrise Tactical down in WA State. The guy who makes them is active in the precision rifle community and is a good dude. I think he ships to Canada.

HSGI Tacos work great for AICS mags.
You can get them through DS Tactical in New Westminster B.C.

Ryan at highlander tactical made me up a set last year. They work great and are very fast to get you mag out of. Also made me a double holder for my 22lr trainer mags that works just as well.

Had a set built for me by Hammer Armament, but he has since moved to Wyoming from Alberta. He still may deal with Canada though.

There is a really cool mag pouch at DS tactical that uses a cable system and a ratchet to hold the mag so you can easily set tension it’s pretty slick. I cannot remember the name but If you did a search I’m sure you would find it

I get mine from triad tactical in the states. They work well as doubles or singles. Lots of options.
