Recommendations for a light weight Left hand rifle

Hi, I am hoping to go back to hunting after years of being away from it. I used to use a right handed Remington 700 in .270. I sold it years ago, but now would like to find something similar but in left handed. My budget for the bare gun is $1200. Thoughts?

Yep. And if the OP is smaller stature, they offer the Compact models.

Tikka t3x lite is easy to find. Mine in left hand .308 with 20 in barrel is 6 pounds even. Xbolt Micro is another good option but not quite as light and only in wood stock for lefties that I have seen.

I'd also look at the browning X bolt it's available in lh or look on the EE for a LH model 700 in 270.

for me despite all i said in the past about them: tikka t3x. im using a 308 win stainless but can be obtained in many different calibers.
