New to the R shooting game. Would like some recommendations and stores to buy new sights for my M & P. Don't like what is on there. Looking to start IDPA.

What type of sight picture do you prefer. Some folks prefer plain black, some like fibre optics, some like tritium dots. It's personal preference really. Brownells has a wide range of sights for the M&P.
