Recommended gunsmith specialized in Remington 700 actions?

Looking to put a new barrel on my 223 Remington 700. Can anyone recommend a good gunsmith to install and true-up the action (perfectly) to get her ready to compete in F Class ?

I will certainly explore every recommendation.
Hopefully I can get the Krieger Barrel I need and the gunsmithing done before next May.

Thanks for the recommendations everyone.... I decide to go with Terry at Black Art Rifles. Sent him my rifle a couple weeks ago .... I'm looking for to the spring !
