Recommended gunsmiths in Vancouver for wood?

Hey folks,

I have recently acquired a uberti 1873 Winchester in the rarer “musket” configuration, with a full length military stock.

Upon pulling it down it appears that the barrel band screw holes have got some pretty bad gouges on the reverse inside, which would explain why the stock would shift forward on firing. Is anyone aware of a gunsmith in the Vancouver area that’s good with stock repairs? I’d like to prevent further damage and stop the stock from shifting, maybe a nice fill of acriglas gel?

Also in classic uberti fashion, the nose cap screwhead is chowdered, so some experience in a bit of screw work would be the cherry on top.

Looks like an easy enough repair as far as epoxy filling the inside of the holes going through the stock, I've repaired slot head scews that were damaged by hammering the damaged metal back into place with a small peening hammer... it takes a bit of a glancing blow as you hammer but the idea is pretty basic.... push the metal back where it should be!

After that I smoothed it out with a file and abbrasives and cold blued. To hold the screw while peening you can run it into a block of hard wood pre drilled to fit the screw.

I have a feeling the stock got damaged because something else is going on with the loose foreend and the damage is a result of the loose foreend and not the cause.
