Recommended rings for a Remington 700 5R

I am looking for a suggestion regarding the rings. I want to shoot from 200m to 1000m.

Rifle: Remington 700 5R 308
Scope: Leupold Mark 4 8.5-25x50
Rail: badger ordonance 30606A (20 MOA)

I do not know which one would be right for me, it is the first scope/sniper rifle I buy.

Can I use these rings on my rail? (30606A)

And how high do they need to be?

On rail you usually need medium height so your focus ring clears rail
