Recover Tactical grips for 1911 and Beretta 92 series

I was wondering if any of the 1911\Beretta guys have any experience with these grips? I'm considering getting a pair for my 1911 from marstar.ca but just wondering what the masses have to say.

Interesting concept. I don't think this will be widespread since majority of newer pistols these days have pic rail mount already. The HC11 is an interesting concept

I've got a few 1911's and decided to try one on a 80 series Colt. I ordered from Marstar and was skeptical of the product at first. It assembled quickly and all the seams lined up. It definitely changes the feel of the gun and the grip feels good in the hand. It really transformed the 1911's look and feel so I'll keep it on there to change things up a bit. It's easy to remove if you don't like it.
