Hi everyone, Just thought I'd post a pic for you all to see.
Last week while at the range I was wandering out to the 200 yard berm looked down sitting on top on the snow and ice was this piece of lead.
Quickly saw it was one of mine I shot within the last 2 months or so.
Was amazed at its condition, Not a mark on it anywhere from impact, rifling clearly engraved, gas check firmly crimped on and the lube was all used up.
load was in a .308 win, 19 grains SR4759, lyman 311291 boolit, Jakes red lube, Hornady gas check, CCI200 primer.
Chronyed at 1845 FPS This is a great shooting round with no leading in the bore.
Boolit casts at 175 grains, 5% tin 10% linotype the rest wheel weights water quenched.
Anyways heres the pic.
