Red dot on revolver

I was always a fan of WEIG-A-TINNY mounts on my Ruger revolvers.
I have used mounts from egwguns . com /pistol-and-red-dot-mounts/mounts-by-firearm-brand-sight-cut/, just remove the spaces to go to their website.

I have a scope mount for s-w that I used with a scope, worked fine , and also on Colts, I have a vortex reddot that I have been thinking of putting on the scope mount
It mounts in place of the rear sight, but would add a lot of height.
I used a plate with the red dot on my 1911, Burris plate, for Novak cut.

There was a fellow month or 2 back that had a couple plated in the EE for sale, but both sold . S_W ones.
You could try Freedom Ventures to see if they have anything, I haven't check myself.
I found for speed the red dot was great, for bulls eye , it was a toss up, my dot is 6mm, too large for small bullseye targets, thou if I turned brightness down it was OK.
I don't shoot a lot these days, otherwise I would have jumped on that plate on the EE
