Red dot question

I was looking through my Minox RV 1 tonight and noticed that something was off center. I was wondering if it was normal to be off center and if it will track properly when adjusted. This is the first gun this has been mounted on and I haven't used it yet.

Are you saying the LED emitter module at the bottom is off to the right? They are generally designed to be off to the side so it blocks less of the optical path.
