red dot question

Just bought a gun, would like some recommendations on red dots please.
I'd like to shoot up to 50yds. Was looking at the 42mm burris and the 50mm leatherwood.
I would like the scope to be as big as can be. I haven't found much past 50mm. The price range I have to work with is $200.

I bought a cheap 50 dollar one from fabsports 3 years ago for my 10/22. 10000 rounds later it is still dead on at 40 yds.

I bought a tasco at Canadian Tire for around $50 and have been very happy with it.

Andrew, I also have had 50$ one and 200$ one and also used 800$ Mepro. They all are essentially same sheat, so why investing big$$. The only difference is size of the dot, some have 1MOA some are as big as 4MOA or 8 or even 12. This part is important and will depend on what kind of shooting you will be doing. Also, how adjustable is dot brightness and if it has green and red illumination - those are important things for low light conditions. Smaller dot on high end red dots sometimes is way small and faint against brightly illuminated background, like while target paper, you may have trouble finding your dot, think of that too.
