Red Dot Recommendation

Buddy has a spare Savage 42 410.22LR that he’d like to sell. I’m thinking it’d be handy to have and easy to use. Any suggestions for a Red Dot in the Sub $250 range? I’ll get a pic rail mount on it they’re $55.

Bushnell Trophy TRS 1x20mm 3 MOA Red Dot Scope.
It's been around forever and decently good. Great for 22lr. Price ranges from $139 on sale to $179 from what I have seen lately. They go on sale pretty regularly.

There was a $99 Riton red dot sale at one of the CGN vendors a few weeks ago, not sure if still available.

I have both of the suggested above. Both good options, they’re on sks’s so should do fine on a .22 lol

the $99 Ritcon is over..another site sponsor had it for 109+Tx on sale..not sure if its still going...there is also a nice reflex red dot Ritcon for 159 on sale, same sight as the $99 Ritcon..
