Red dot scopes??

Are red dot scopes any good for .223

Just about every .223 service rifle (ar15) in the worlds armies today have been fitted with one, and the USA just bought 300,000 more from Aim Point so I think they might be ok.

They work well for Rifle, Shotgun, Pistol even Archery has a place for them.
