Red Dot Type Sight For XD ?

I would like to play around with a red dot type sight on my XD40 and I would like to know what my options are if any. I like the looks of the Doctor brand as well as the Aimpoint Micro line. Does anyone make a optical mount for polymer pistols? Any suggestions would be appreciated. TC
