Hey, i have some Bell 303 british cases that i want to reload, but im not sure if its reusable. There is this red paint around the primer does this mean something? Maby a differnt kind of primer or maby corrosive? I have about 100 empty shells of this stuff and hate to waste it.

It is probably surplus military, which may mean a crimped primer. It may also be berdan primed. If they are boxer primers, just use your case chamfering tool to cut the crimp away.

"...Boxer or Berdan..." Look into the case. One primer hole means Boxer priming and is easily reloadable. Two means Berdan and not easy or cheap to reload.

I havent started reloading them yet, im still waiting for my bullets to show in the mail. Thanks for the help, its good to know there reloadable.:)
