Red Winchester SX3

Given the amount of interest that my gun gathered in only an hour, there is obviously still demand for the Flanigan. I had multiple offers before someone met my asking price on the other site.

As for the SX-3 vs Citori, I still own four Citori shotguns, so my preference is no mystery.

Heres mossbergs take on the flannigun...

Basically a POS with blue on it.

Is there a point to that thing. Mossberg must have felt left out that they didn't have a goofy coloured gun. And why does the extended magazine stick a mile and a half out past the end of the barrel?

Who is responsible for product development at Mossberg, they seem to have a lot of pointless and insanely ugly guns on the market. Like those tactical lever guns and all those versions of the 500 with different grips and muzzle breaks.

Anymore, seeing a mossberg makes me want to:puke:

The point of the mag going past the end of the barrel is simple. It has to be that length to equal or exceed the present record of 11 hand thrown clay. Remember the Flannigun that is marketed does not have the extended magazine that the original has.

I think the tube length is not what is slowing down a new record. The size of the shooter's hand limits the number of clay that can be thrown.

I understand that wanting to puke feeling;) BUT those product development guys at Mossberg are real genius. Insane! Ugly! Not my cup of tea but mix insane and ugly with tactical and they have invented a new type of cool:ar15: And that #### really sells. It's insane!

I think they should try to market this again as a Canadian version, just slap on a Canadian Flag somewhere. Kind of like what CZ did with the 75 SP-01.
Take a normal gun and pretty it up, then charge a ridiculous amount of money for it, the same thing that CZ did.
People lined up for those things, even though they were just a regular CZ 75 stainless with some red grips and an added 350$ price tag.

I guess that explains why Winchester hasn't hired you to market for them;)d:h:
