I would like to upgrand my case trimmer and these are the two options that I am considering. Does anyone have either of these and would like to share their opinions on whats good and whats not about them?

2400 here. First trimmer I've owned, as I'm new at this. Nice sharp cutter, spinning the cartridge not the cutter makes for a nice level and square case mouth. The micrometer is handy for fast adjustments when you're *close but not quite there*. I've used it on .223 and 7mmRM. Also .204, be forewarned it takes a different cutter head for .17 and .20 calibers - a fact I discovered AFTER I did several hundred .204 cases, slowly, clogging the cutter head every 15-20 and cursing a lot. Neither does the 2400 come with a pilot for .20, I had to find that separately at a different store.

The case holding function is the bees knees, very fast to use and easy to get in a rhythm of grab a case, stick in the unit, turn, take off unit, repeat.

I have it just screwed into the frame of my bench, quickly removable to recover space but rock solid when screwed in. Also has attachments that screw into the body of the assembly for cleaning both small and large primer pockets. Not as precise maybe as a hand held tool, and a little awkward for me because of the angle I have the unit planted on the bench, so not always used.

I give it 8/10 for the overall package and 9/10 for the cutter itself. My one and only mild beef is that the cutter forces some of the shaved brass onto the pilot, and the cases can be a touch sticky coming off the pilot especially if doing a substantial trim ie .005 or more.

The Wilson is as fast as any of the collet-type (eg., redding) trimmers, and far more precise. Set it up right, and the brass will come out exactly the same length every time, as measured by a good set of electronic calibers, and with a perfectly-flat mouth.

Thanks guys, I want something that will trim the cases EXACTLY, one the same as the next. My Rcbs just isn't doing it for me. They very more than a few thousandths of a inch, and I don't feel comfortable not measuring each and every one after trimming. I want something that is more reliable and repeatable.
I'm only going to buy this tool one more time, so I want to make sure I get the best.

Thanks for the advice. Wilson/Sinclair it is then. WSS has a 2400 on for $190. Pretty tempting when every mail order place i've see is $125. Hah
Wilson/sinclair trimmer is $140 direct from Sinclair I think.

So I got my Wilson/Sinclair Ultimate trimmer the other day, and I gotta say I am very impressed. By my way of measuring it is accurate and totally repeatable to within .0005", also it is way quicker and easyer to use then the RCBS unit. If anyone else is looking for something like this it has my vote 100%. The only downfall to it that I can see is having to get a seperate case holder for every caliber. To me that is not a big deal as I only reload two calibers, but If you do a larger number of calibers it might be a small issue. None the less though, top notch equipment.

I also have the Wilson/Sinclair Ultimate trimmer, I use it for .223 and 6BR but now need to get the 22-250, 7mm Rem Mag, 303 Brit and .308 case holders

Once you have it calibrated and set I don't think any other trimmer could be as accurate or easy to use.
