Redding BIG BOSS Press??

I have a probleme with my new Press, I just cant seem to be able to seat a primer with the Primer arm.
I am reloading 9mm my brass is clean and the primer hole also.


any tips on how to?
does anybody has the same press?

With very little info to go by but are you sure you are using the correct punch. You will need the smaller one for the small pistol primers.

Could be crimped primers too.

Yes I did change it for the smaller size primers witch was include.

After I read the article you posted I realize that my 9mm brass witch came from a police departement had crimped primers I used my deburing tool and voila the primer goes righ in. You just save me about 50$, I was about to go buy a RCBS hand priming tool.

Any personal advise on the best tool for the job?

All my advice was in the article - it depends on how many you anticipate doing and what your budget is. You already have the deburring tool, so that's free. If you find it a pain over time then you can upgrade to the CH4D or Dillon tooling.
