Good service deserves to be acknowledged.

About three weeks ago I had a brain fart and broke the decapping rod on a set of Redding dies I have had for many years. I called Redding to order a replacement and got the reply that they would replace it for free. The new rod - along with a new expander ball and decapping pin - was in yesterdays mail along with a current catalogue.

Boo Got treated the Same way with Redding when I had isues with a set of dies.
That is a fact they both are very good.
Called RCBS yesterday my 1500 Chargemaster started buggering around.
Replacement on the way send back old one. Asked if they were prone to having troubles and he stated "Exactly what yours just did to you, but don't worry we will replace it."
