Redfield RepairIn Canada

For what it is worth Leupold has aquired the Redfield brand. I don't believe they will be able to repair any of the old manufactered optics but you may see the name used to market another line of less expensive optics possibly scopes made in the orient. Up until now Leupold has resisted off shore manufacturing for rifle scopes but have lower end lines (green ring line of binos and spotting scopes) made off shore. Phil.
 
Hello, just a heads up regarding Leupold and Redfield. I contacted leupold the other day about parts for my old scope and they told me that they own the rghts to the name and that's about it... no parts/repairs. The lady did mention that leupold is offering a 20% discount on any scope if you trade in your old redfield (which I don't want to do)...
