Redfield Revolution

Just picked up my 2-7 Revolution from the post office. Looks great, decent eye relief. The matte finish seems a bit on the lower end of the quality scale, seems like it might scratch easily as well. Time will tell...

I tried to mount it on a LH Rem 700 in 30-06 with Talley lightweights but the tube is too short. Won't fit...grrrr. :(

Did you turn the front ring around? The tube length on the Redfield is 5.2". The tube length on my VX3 2.5-8 is 5.1" and I had it mounted on a Rem 700 L/A. No room to spare, but it fits.
