Redfield scope

Yes in Miami, google ABO USA, send money order, with specific instructions for repair, and you better have patience. In thier defence they give accurate estimated time for repair, but it can take months. Everything they say, they do, is properly carried out.

Bit of a language barrier as well. Good idea to write the repair request down. I ordered yardage caps for my BDC's and service was prompt. I faxed pictures down as there was three different caps to choose from and he could not understand which ones I wanted. I believe you will be asking for Mr. Lee if you phone.
Can't speak on repair time or quality of workmanship...but hey, it is after all a redfield and worth fixing..

ABO will do the job, but they are as slow as molasses in January.

As has already been mentioned, the folks you get on the phone do not have English as their first language. It was very frustrating for me to be trying to explain to someone what the problem was and them not understanding what I was talking about.

I sent four scopes to them and they were all repaired, but it was the better part of a year before I got them back.

Your scope has leaked its slightly pressurized dry nitrogen gas out. All good optics use this method. You need to send it to the above named facility.[/QUOTE]
