Actually there is only one place in Miami, Florida, that does work on older Redfields.

Be warned it took two months for my scope to be returned, do not email them for updates, there office guy spoke very bad english. However they did do all the work I asked of them and were pretty bang on with the initial estimated return of my scope.
On thier website you will be quoted an approximate cost for average common repairs, keep in mind this is ballpark cost to you only.
They did send a repair invoice just like you would get from Burris Optics...
PS I hope you do not need your scope soon...this is my one and only minor beef with them.

Sorry forgot to add, first check with the NEW Redfield company first, they do have a website with contact number,not sure where they are located, small chance they may honor warranty.
Could save you cash, but I suspect not....
