I am looking at a Bushnell 6500 4.5x-30 - 50mm tactical, it is a great price but it is not the redical that i really want... I will also add that this is my first tactical scope and I have only ever had BDC scopes so I have no referance to other redicals.
I wanted mill-dot but this scope has the fine cross hairs.
I am wondering the big differenace between all the cross hairs. Obviosly the BDC is the easiest to use for when you know the range but The very fine cross hairs have the advantace at very long range because there is not a big ball you have to look through.
I am wondering if this precived notion of Mil-dot being the only way to go for F-class and tactical shooting is true or if the fine cross hair will work very well for me.
Thanks in advance!
