Reding, RCBS, Hornady reloading dies

Each of those manufacturers make their different lines.

As with MOST things, the better quality item will be the more expensive item. Not always, but most times.

As far as rating the 3 you mentioned I personally would rate them in the following order:
1. Redding
2. RCBS
3. Hornady

I will admit I have not used Hornady dies, but I have used both Redding and RCBS as well as Lee and Pacific (Pacific is now owned by Hornady I believe)

I have all three brands & would rate Hornady #2. (easy finger adjustments, better lock rings & smoother expander ball than RCBS IMO) They can be a little hard to find in Canada though.

I own several die sets in all three brands and find that all are of very good quality. I would not hesitate to buy dies from any of these manufacturers. A small and very piddling difference is that the Hornady die boxes are bigger than RCBS and Redding and as such don't store as compactly as the other two.

Redding gets the nod in that list, im in the process of upgrading all my die sets to Redding or Bonanza / Forster.

Its really not neccessary as the RCBS dies will serve 99% of reloaders very well and the warranty is bomb proof.

Redding's for me too.
Hornady are very well made and could have get a better place in my listing but I learned to love to hate their bullet "Sliding Alignment Sleeve"... it comes down too low and you have to move it up every time you put a brass / bullet in the shell holder...
Just for that, I put them no. 3...
