Reduced flash & blast M44 carbine loads?

Anyone have any suggestions for a reduced flash and blast load for a Mosin Nagant M44? In general, what powder would be best for a carbine length barrel?

find one to the faster end of the burning scale, see powder burn rate sticky up top and compare to your loading manuel. But why would you want to? Thats the best part of shooting them
