I'm loading both jacketed and cast 30-30 rounds with imr 4198 and the data center says starting load of 21 grains and max load of 22.3 grains. These are just screw around loads and my powder dropper is pretty much toast so I was wondering if I could use my Lee dipper and throw charges of 20.2 grains? or is this reduced too much? Thanks.
