Refinishing stainless

Quite a while back a read a post about a spray on product that could be used to refurbish old and abused firearms, There were some pictures of the coating aapplies over and old pitted barrell and the difference between the before and after.

Can some one cofirm the poroduct?

KG Gunkote?
ArmaCoat?
DuraCoat?

I have an old rifle with somepits and stracthes in both the barell and receiver. I would love to clean it up and coat it to fill in some of the pits as best as possible.

Any ideas?

As well, what would be the best product for stainless barrels?

I use ArmaCoat, they are CDN eh. The fellow on this site that makes it is Murdoc. It has worked great for the fellows guns that I have done. As for stainless what is it you want to do to it?

Scotch brite pads work as well on stainless as anything I've seen out there.Tx.gollum

Gun Kote is a very durable finish but not great for filling in pits. It works well on stainless.
