Reflex on a Glock 17

Just like the title says I’m looking to put a reflex sight on my g17... just wondering what’s the bast way to attach.... either threw the back sight or machine and tap slide...just wonder what you fine people have done in the past for this set up... also what’s some reflex sights that are worth putting on

I personally like the vortex venom, great sight.
 
Black Box Customs will mill your slide for an optic mount. That is the best way to get it done, as it keeps the optic as low to the bore axis as possible.

Leupold Deltapoint Pro or a Trijicon RMR will be your best (albeit, most expensive) route(s) to take.
 
I'd strongly recommend talking to the boys at black box in Calgary. A short drive, or shipment and you get some of the best guys in the industry. Their in depth website will tel you everything you need to know.

I was going to message here about Black Box, but I see you got it all sorted. My G17 is currently there being milled out. Eagerly waiting like a kid at Christmas.
 
Dont count out getting supressor hght sights to co witness with the reddot. I find it a lot easier to find the dot quickly with still being able to see the sights. Though I am a noobie so take that with a grain of salt.
