Entertaining the idea of a ridge runner in 45/70 and I run a lot of reflex sights on my shotguns and AR's . Wondering if anybody has had luck mounting an RMR on an 1886 with a 12" barrel?
So i emailed Skinner and they will make a reflex sight base for an 1886 octagonal barrel that fits a leupold red dot. They said an RMR is on the works, but no ETA yet. Anybody else have ideas?
