Has anyone slugged their refurbed Mosin Nagant m91/30's? Specifically the excellent ones that are currently on the market. Are these rifles any better than the standard Russian MN's out on the market?

I'm not a cast bullet guy and don't plan to be anytime soon, so I'd like to have a rifle that will take the current common .3105 , .311, .312, bullet selection we have right now.

I'd also like to avoid buying and selling rifles until I find one with a tight bore :)

Seems to me that the bores vary from rilfe rifle depends on wear and time of manufacture (bores got a bit loose when Jerry was coming) Most seem to be around the .311-.312 mark

I sluged mine.
Mosin Nagant 1891/35, Izevsk, made in 1941, bore size .311"
I am curently using .308" bullets and the fly well :)
